| 摘 要： | 乙肝病毒X蛋白(HBx)是乙肝病毒感染相关性肝癌的重要致病因子,与原发性肝细胞癌(HCC)的发生与发展密切相关.研究表明,HBx也参与血管生成、HGW/c-met信号通路、基质金属蛋白酶(MMP)等相关因素而促进肝癌转移.加强HBx参与肝癌侵袭转移分子机制的研究,有助于完善HCC侵袭转移机制,以进一步提高肝癌的疗效.

The role of hepatitis B virus X protein in liver metastasis |

| Abstract: | Hepatitis B virus X (HBx) is an important factor of the hepatitis B virus infection-associated liver disease, closely related to the occmrrence and development of HCC. Some studies show that HBx may be involved in angiogenesis, HGF/c-met pathway, matrix metalloproteinase and other related factors to promote liver cancer metastasis. Strengthening research of molecular mechanism that HBx involved in liver cancer metastasis can help to perfect the mechanism of invasion and metastasis of HCC to further improve the efficacy of liver cancer. |
