| 摘 要： | 【目的】探讨颈动脉粥样硬化及血脂水平与脑梗塞之间的关系。【方法】对102例脑梗塞患者（脑梗塞组）及82例非脑梗塞患者（对照组），分别进行颈动脉超声检查，并记录两组颈动脉粥样硬化斑块的部位、数目和颈动脉内径，同时检测两组患者的血脂水平。【结果】脑梗塞组颈动脉粥样硬化斑块检出率为76．47％，对照组为26．83％，两组间比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。脑梗塞组左右颈总动脉内径分别为（7．41±0．08）mm、（7．49±0．61）mm，与对照组（7．76±0．09）mm、（7．98±0．74）mm比较差异均有显著性（P均小于0．05）；斑块部位与脑梗塞部位有显著同侧相关性（P〈0．05）；脑梗塞组甘油三脂（2．05±0．19）mmol／L也显著高于对照组（1．38±0．18）mmol／L（P〈0．05）。【结论】颈动脉粥样硬化斑块与脑梗塞发生有密切关系，部分脂质代谢异常与颈动脉粥样硬化斑块形成有关。
