社区护士健康教育能力培训的方法与效果

目的:探讨提高社区护士健康教育能力的方法。方法:对20名社区护士进行为期1个月的健康教育能力培训,培训内容有:健康理论知识、授课技能、沟通交流技巧。结果:培训后20名社区护士的健康教育理论考试成绩、模拟讲课评分、模拟情景对话评分均较培训前有显著提高(P0.01),社区居民健康知识知晓率和满意度显著提高(P0.01)。结论:对社区护士进行健康教育能力培训可提高社区护士的健康教育能力,增强社区健康教育的效果,提升社区护士的形象和价值,应建立系统、规范的健康教育培训体系。

Methods and effect of community nurses training in health education

Objective：To investigate the methods of improving the capacity of community nurses in health education.Methods：20 community nurses acceped one month training for health education.Training content：health theory,skills of teaching and communication skill.Results：Aafter training,20 community nurses score of health education theory test,simulation lectures,dialogue scenarios significantly were increased （P0.01）,the health knowledge awareness of communities and satisfaction of nurses significantly increased（P0.01）.Conclusion：The training of health education can improve the capacity of community nurses in health education,enhance the effectiveness of community health education,enhance the image and value of community nurses,so we should establish a systematic,standardized health education and training system.
