| 摘 要： | 目的：观察胃苏颗粒联合莫沙必利治疗大学生功能性消化不良的临床疗效。方法将68例大学生功能性消化不良患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，对照组予以口服枸橼酸莫沙必利片，治疗组在此基础上加服胃苏颗粒治疗，疗程均为4周，观察临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为93.93%，对照组的总有效率为72.29%，治疗组疗效明显优于对照组。结论胃苏颗粒联合莫沙必利治疗大学生功能性消化不良具有良好的临床疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical effect of 68 College Students Cases of Functional Dyspepsia with Weisu Granules and Mosapride. Methods 68 patients were randomly divided into two groups. 33 Patients in treated group received Weisu Granules combined with Mosapride for 4 weeks,while other 35 Patients in controlled group received Mosapride for 4 weeks. The clinical effects were observed. Results The total effective rate in the treated group was 93.93%,which was significant higher than that （72.29%）in controlled group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion The combined drug treatment with Weisu Granules and Mosapride had better effect on Functional Dyspepsia than Mosapride. |
