| 摘 要： | 结合武维屏教授运用调肝理肺法治疗哮喘的经验,探讨肝阳虚与支气管哮喘的关系,总结肝阳虚有两组临床表现,病机特点为本虚标实、寒热错杂,肝阳虚容易导致哮喘发作,治疗当在温补肝阳的基础上,合用滋补肝阴之药,且佐清泻相火之品,药味择辛苦甘酸为用,乌梅丸为代表方剂.

| Abstract: | The correlation between liver yang deficiency and asthma is discussed in this paper according to the experience of Wu Wei-ping, who treats asthma by regulating the liver for nourishing lungs. The results show two groups of manifestations of liver yang deficiency, and the pathogenesis is true deficiency with false excessive manifestation and intermingled cold and heat. Asthma is easily induced by deficiency of liver yang, which indicates in the treatment of asthma, warming the liver yang and nourishing the liver yin should be considered. Besides, herbs for clearing ministerial fire should be used and wumei pills is preferred. |
