局部麻醉及静脉麻醉在人工流产术中的临床镇痛效果比较

目的：探讨利多卡因局部麻醉与丙泊酚静脉麻醉用于人工流产术中的临床镇痛效果观察。方法：将自愿要求人工流产的孕妇300例随机分为三组，丙泊酚静脉麻醉组、利多卡因宫颈局部麻醉组、对照组（不采取任何措施行常规人工流产术）。结果：丙泊酚静脉麻醉组和利多卡因宫颈局部麻醉组镇痛有效率明显高于对照组（P〈0.01），人工流产综合征等不良反应发生率低于对照组（P〈0．05），且不影响手术时间及术中出血（P〉0.05）。利多卡因宫颈局部麻醉组镇痛总有效率低于丙泊酚静脉麻醉组（P〈0.05）。结论：利多卡因局部麻醉与丙泊酚静脉麻醉在人工流产中可以满足不同层次育龄妇女的需求。

The comparison of the clinical analgesic effects on induced abortion between local anesthesia and intravenous anesthesia

Objective： To observe the clinical analgesic effects of Lidoeaine local anesthesia and intravenous Propofol anesthesia on induced abortion. Methods： The 300 pregnant women voluntary for abortion were divided into 3 groups randomly, intravenous anesthesia Propofol group, cervical local anesthetic Lidocaine group, the control group who did not take any measures to conduct conventional artificial abortion. Results： The effects of Propofol intravenous anesthesia and cervical lidocaine local anesthesia groups were significantly higher than that of the control group （P〈0.01）, the incidence of adverse reactions, such as the artificial abortion syndrome, was lower than that of the control group （P〈0.05）, the operative time and intraoperative hemorrhage were not affected （P〉0.05）. The effect of the cervical local anesthetic Lidocaine group was lower than the intravenous anesthesia Propofol group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Lidoeaine local anesthesia and intravenous Propofol anesthesia can meet the needs of childbearing-age women in different levels in induced abortion.
