| 摘 要： | 目的探讨卵泡穿刺联合宫腔内人工授精在治疗卵泡未破裂黄素化所致不孕症中的临床效果。方法将60例未破裂卵泡黄素化综合征患者随机分为两组,研究组（35例）采用促排后卵泡穿刺结合夫精人工授精;对照组（25例）患者药物促排卵后指导同房。观察两组患者的妊娠率。结果卵泡穿刺组临床妊娠率为37.1%,对照组临床妊娠率为16.0%（P〈0.01）。结论经阴道卵泡穿刺术联合人工授精治疗,有助于提高未破裂卵泡黄素化综合征患者的妊娠率,是治疗LUFS所致不孕的有效方法之一。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effects of the combined follicular aspiration and intrauterine insemination（IUI） for treating for patients with luteinized unruptured ovarian follicle syndrome（LUFS） .Methods 60 cases of LUFS were divided into two groups randomly.35 cases（Experiment group） received ovulation stimulants and artificial fertilization;25 cases（Control group） received ovulation stimulants and natura1 fertilization.The ovulation rate in two groups was recorded and compared.Results The ovulation rate in experiment group was significantly higher than that in control group（37.1% vs 16.0%,P 〈0.01） .Conclusion Combined follicular aspiration and IUI is effective in treatment of LUFS patients,which can increase the rate of ovulation. |
