| 摘 要： | 目的：研究十二指肠给甘草浸膏后对大鼠的利胆作用。方法：胆总管插 管引流，分别收集给药后1、2、3、4、5小时的胆汁，计量并测定胆汗中直接胆红素含量。结果：10ml/kg、5ml/kg甘草浸膏能显促进麻醉大鼠的胆汁分泌，并能显增加单位时间内胆汁中直接胆红素的含量（P＜0．05，P＜0．01）。作用持续1－2小时。结论：甘草浸膏具有较好的利胆作用。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate effects of exactum glycyrrhizae of the biliary secretion in rat.Methods:By means of biliary duct cannula bile are colleted at 1h?2h?3h?4h?5h after intraduodenal administration.The quantity of bile and the concentration of bilirubin in bile are counted Results:Extractum glycyrrhizae at the doses of 10ml/kg and 5ml/kg could significantly increase the biliary secretion and elevate bilirubin concentration in bile ( P <0 05, P <0 01).Conclusion:The results indicate that extractum glycyrrhizae have cholagogic effect. |
