小儿健胃消食颗粒剂提取工艺的研究

摘    要:目的 :优化小儿健胃消食颗粒剂的提取工艺。方法 :分别以熊果酸含量和干浸膏率为指标 ,运用正交设计 ,对脂溶性成分和水溶性成分的提取工艺进行优化。结果 :脂溶性部位的最佳工艺是 4倍药材量的 70 %乙醇提取 3h。熊果酸含量为3.2 35mg·g-1药材。水溶性部位提取工艺中煎煮次数有显著性影响 ,其最佳工艺是 15倍药材量的水提取 2次 ,每次 1h。结论 :脂溶性、水溶性部分提取工艺稳定、可行。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To optimize the extraction process of Xiaoer Jianwei granules.METHODS Orthogonal design was carried out to optimize the extraction process of oil-soluble and water-soluble ingredients. The content of ursolic acid and dry paste rate were monitored.RESULTS The optimum extraction process of oil-soluble was 4 times amount of 70% alcohol for 3 hours. The content of ursolic acid was 3.235 mg per gram crude Chinese crud drugs. There were significant differences among the decoction time in the extraction of water-soluble. Its optimum condition was 15 times amount of water,twice,two hours each time.CONCLUSIONS The extraction of oil-soluble and water-soluble composition is stable and feasible.
