小儿健胃消食颗粒剂提取工艺的研究

目的 :优化小儿健胃消食颗粒剂的提取工艺。方法 :分别以熊果酸含量和干浸膏率为指标 ,运用正交设计 ,对脂溶性成分和水溶性成分的提取工艺进行优化。结果 :脂溶性部位的最佳工艺是 4倍药材量的 70 %乙醇提取 3h。熊果酸含量为3.2 35mg·g-1药材。水溶性部位提取工艺中煎煮次数有显著性影响 ,其最佳工艺是 15倍药材量的水提取 2次 ,每次 1h。结论 :脂溶性、水溶性部分提取工艺稳定、可行。

Study on the extracting process for Xiaoer Jianwei granules

OBJECTIVE To optimize the extraction process of Xiaoer Jianwei granules.METHODS Orthogonal design was carried out to optimize the extraction process of oil-soluble and water-soluble ingredients. The content of ursolic acid and dry paste rate were monitored.RESULTS The optimum extraction process of oil-soluble was 4 times amount of 70% alcohol for 3 hours. The content of ursolic acid was 3.235 mg per gram crude Chinese crud drugs. There were significant differences among the decoction time in the extraction of water-soluble. Its optimum condition was 15 times amount of water,twice,two hours each time.CONCLUSIONS The extraction of oil-soluble and water-soluble composition is stable and feasible.
