| 摘 要： | 目的了解延边朝鲜族自治州(延边州)医务人员对乙型和丙型病毒性肝炎(乙肝和丙肝)报告标准的掌握情况,为规范乙肝和丙肝报告提供建议。方法采用分层抽样的方法随机选取7所医疗机构,统一对医务人员进行问卷调查。结果48.3%的医务人员认为乙肝病毒表面抗原(Hepatitis B Virus Surface Antigen,HBsAg)携带者也应该报告;能正确理解乙肝和丙肝报告标准的分别为41.4%和66.4%。州级和县级医务人员对乙肝报告标准的理解有差异,州级医务人员的理解正确率低于县级,理解错误的原因主要集中在将HBsAg携带者作为报告对象。不同技术职称和不同工作年限的医务人员,对乙肝和丙肝报告标准掌握的差异无统计学意义。结论医务人员对乙肝和丙肝的报告标准掌握较差,应加强对医务人员传染病报告标准的培训,确保乙肝和丙肝疫情报告科学准确。
