腹腔和静脉双途径应用紫杉醇加顺铂治疗晚期卵巢癌的临床观察

目的 研究腹腔和静脉双途径应用紫杉醇加顺铂治疗晚期卵巢癌的疗效和不良反应.方法 观察2001年5月～2004年8月收治的18例晚期卵巢癌患者.予以紫杉醇加顺铂治疗:第1天予以紫杉醇135 mg/m2, 静脉滴注;第2天顺铂100 mg/m2,静脉滴注;第8天紫杉醇60 mg/m2,腹腔灌注; 21d为1个周期.结果 完全缓解率(CR)为11.1%,部分缓解率(PR)为61.1%,总有效率(CR PR)为72.28%,控制腹水的有效率达100 %.不良反应主要为骨髓抑制、消化道反应和神经毒性.结论 腹腔和静脉双途径应用紫杉醇加顺铂治疗晚期卵巢癌的疗效较为满意,不良反应患者可以耐受.

Observation of intraperitoneal and intravenous chemotherapy with pacitaxel plus cisplatin for advanced ovarian cancer

Objective To study the response and toxicities of intraperitoneal and intravenous chemotherapy with pacitaxel plus cisplatin for advanced ovarian cancer. Methods From May 2001 to August 2004, 18 advanced ovarian cancer patients were treated with intraperitoneal and intravenous chemotherapy with pacitaxel plus cisplatin: paclitaxel 135/m2 ,i.v., on 1d, and cisplatin 100 mg/m2,i.v., on 2d,paclitaxel 135/m2 with intrapertoneal infusion on 8d,21d as one cycle.Results The complete response rate(CR) was 11.1%,and partial response rate(PR) was 61.1%,the overall response rate was 72.2%. and the effective rate of controling ascites was 100 %. The major toxic effects were myelosuppression ,gastrointerstinal tract reactions and neurotoxicity. Conclusion Intraperitoneal and intravenous chemotherapy with pacitaxel plus cisplatin for advanced ovarian cancer has the satifactory effect with tolerable toxicity.
