上海市市级定点医院老年科医疗服务模式的评价指标体系研究

目的 ：运用德尔菲法构建上海市市级定点医院老年科医疗服务模式评价指标体系并确定各指标的权重。方法 ：根据研究主题选择专家,采用德尔菲法进行问卷咨询。结果 ：两轮共45位参与问卷咨询的专家大部分具有副高级及以上职称,从事专业包括行政管理、卫管教学、医院管理、老年疾病临床医学等。两轮咨询专家的权威系数分别为0.800和0.805。两轮咨询形成的评价指标体系包括8项一级指标、51项二级指标及107项三级指标。结论 ：初步构建了上海市市级定点医院老年科医疗服务模式的评价指标体系,为其在适宜地区的推广应用提供了一个可借鉴的测量工具。

An assessment index system for the elderly health care model of designated hospitals in Shanghai

Objective：The Delphi Method was used to set up the assessment index system for the elderly health care model of designated hospitals in Shanghai.Methods：Experts were selected in accordance with the subject of study and questionnaire surveys were conducted.Results：Totally 45 experts participated in the two-round questionnaire surveys,with most of them having associate senior professional title or above in the areas of administration,health management education,hospital management and clinical geriatric medicine.The authority coefficient of the two-round surveys was 0.800 and 0.805,respectively.The assessment index system formulated included 8 first-grade indexes,51 second-grade indexes and 107 third-grade indexes.Conclusion：The assessment index system for the elderly health care model of designated hospitals in Shanghai is preliminarily established based on the surveys,which provides a practical measurement for the promotion and application of the elderly health care model.
