40例原发性高血压患者全科团队服务式干预的效果观察和思考

目的评价全科团队服务式干预在社区原发性高血压防治中的有效性和实用性。方法将社区卫生服务中心门诊的40例原发性高血压患者随机分为两组,干预组和对照组,干预组采取全科手段干预,对照组只接受随机门诊治疗,半年后比较两组患者的疗效。结果(1)社区原发性高血压患者的不良影响因素主要是肥胖和高血脂,分别占调查对象的75%和58%;(2)两组患者病情变化情况间差别有显著性意义(P<0·05)。结论(1)全科团队服务模式能够有效地控制社区原发性高血压,是进行高血压二级预防的新型社区干预模式;(2)要对社区高血压患者的超重、高血脂等不良因素给予更多的干预和控制。

Observation of General Practitioner Team Intervention of Primary Hypertension Patient: An Analysis of 40 Cases

Objective To estimate the effectiveness and practicability of general practice team intervention in prevention and treatment of primary hypertension in community services.Methods Totally 40 out-patients with primary hypertension in the community health service center were enrolled and divided into two groups: intervention group and control group.The patients in the intervention group were given general practice services,and those in the control group only randomly received outpatient treatment.The effects were compared after half an year.Results (1) The main bad factors influencing hypertension were obesity and hyperlipemia,counting for 75% and 58% respectively in the investigated subjects.(2) There was a significant difference in changes of the condition between the two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion (1) The general practice team services could control hypertension in community effectively,which is a new intervention pattern for the secondary prevention of hypertension.(2) The overweight,hyperlipemia and other bad factors should be controlled and intervened more effectively.
