| 摘 要： | 利用“甲襞微循环加权积分法”观测了11例硬皮病患者的甲襞微循环,发现硬皮病患者甲襞微循环的主要特点是管襻数目减少,畸形管襻增多,血流缓慢,出现不同程度的红血球聚集,以及乳头波纹浅平等。硬皮病患者甲襞微循环的总积分属于中度异常。

| Abstract: | The weight multiple score of the nail fold microcirculation" was used to observe the nail fold microcirculation of 11 cases of the patients with scleroderma. The prominent feature of the nail fold microcir culation of the patients with scleroderma is that, the number of the capillary-loops is decreased, the number of the deformed-loops is increased, the velocity of the blood flow is slow, and the aggregation of RBC in various degrees appeared, the papillae is slight smooth. The multiple score of the nail fold microcirculation of the patients with scleroderma proved to be abnormal. |
