乳腺浸润性导管癌患者中Fhit基因的表达及其与雌、孕激素受体表达的相关性

摘    要:目的:探讨乳腺浸润性导管癌组织中Fhit基因表达及其与雌激素受体(ER)、孕激素受体(PR)的关系。方法:采用免疫组化SP法检测128例乳腺浸润性导管癌及50例良性增生病变标本中Fhit基因及128例乳腺浸润性导管癌ER、PR的表达情况。结果:Fhit基因在乳腺浸润性导管癌病例中阳性表达率为27.34%(35/128),明显低于其在乳腺腺病中的阳性表达率70.00%(35/50)。差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在乳腺癌组织中,Fhit蛋白表达与组织学分级、腋窝淋巴结的转移的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),与绝经情况、肿瘤长径、TNM分期差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。通过相关性分析得出Fhit蛋白表达与ER及PR表达相关(P<0.05)。结论:联合检测乳腺癌组织ER、PR和Fhit蛋白的表达对于乳腺癌诊断、肿瘤恶性程度判定及预后有意义。

Abstract:Objective:To analyze the Fhit gene expression in invasive ductal breast carcinoma and it's rela- tionship between the estrogen receptor(ER)and progesterone receptor(PR).Methods:Taking immuno- histochemiatry streptavidin-peroxidase(SP)method to detect the Fhit gene expression in 128 cases of inva- sire ductal breast cancer and 50 cases with benign lesions,and detecting the ER and PR expression in 128 cases of invasive ductal breast cancer.Results:The positive rate of Fhit protein in breast cancer tissues was lower than that in benign breast tumor,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The expres- sion of Fhit protein in breast cacinoma was correlated with the histological grade,lymph node metastasis, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05)and independence with tumor size,menopause,TNM stage(P>0.05).The rank correlation drawn Fhit protein expression with ER and PR expression associat- ed with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Fhit protein,ER and PR combined detection may help diagnosis and evaluate the malignant condition,prognosis of breast cacinoma.
