睫状体脱离复位联合手术的探讨

目的 探讨睫状体脱离复位联合手术的临床应用价值。方法 对８例眼挫伤后睫状体脱离合虹膜根部断离、晶状体脱位、外伤性白内障、玻璃体浑浊采取睫状复位术同时联合其他不同术式。结果 ８例联合术式７例一交坟恢复正常。其中４例联合晶状体或／和玻璃体切除，４例联合晶状体或／和玻璃体切除，４例联合白内障囊外摘出或虹膜根部断离整复，视力有不同程度提高。结论 联合手术急取了手术时机，同时减少了手术并发症，为尽早恢复视功

A study on combined operation for reposition of ciliary body detachment

Objective To approach the clinical application value of combined operation for reposition of ciliary body detachment.Methods Ciliary body reposition surgery combined with other operations were performed on eight cases with ciliary body detachment combined with dialysis of iris root, dislocation of lens,traumatic cataract and vitreous opacity after contusion.Results In the 8 cases having undergone the combined operation,the intraocular pressure became normal in 7 cases after once of the operation.Of them,the reposition surgery combined with lensectomy and/or vitrectomy was performed on 4 cases,and combined with extracapsular cataract extraction or repair of dialysis of iris root on another 4 cases.Their visual acuities were elevated in various degrees.Conclusion The combined operation is time saving and has less complications,that may create an opportunity to enhance the early restoration of visual function.
