Abstract: | The case of a 50 year-old man with a subclavian steal syndrome caused by an occlusive lesion of an aberrant right subclavian artery is presented. There was no dysphagia lusoria. The right subclavian artery was anastomosed to the right common carotid artery. At follow-up, 18 months later, the patient is symptom free and the right subclavian artery is patent. |
