慢性乙肝患者体内HDL和HBV DNA水平相互关系的研究

目的检测慢性乙肝患者血清HBV DNA和HDL水平变化的相互关系,检测不同HDL水平的乙肝患者其体内IL-10及CD4＋CD25＋T细胞的水平,以期进一步揭示HDL对HBV DNA水平的影响以及影响机制。方法荧光定量PCR方法检测我院152例慢性乙肝患者血清HBV-DNA的水平,全自动生化分析仪检测血清HDL水平,ELISA法检测患者血清中IL-10的水平,流式细胞法检测患者外周血中CD4＋CD25＋T细胞的水平。结果血清HBV DNA与HDL、IL-10及CD4＋CD25＋T细胞的水平均呈负相关,HDL的水平和IL-10、CD4＋CD25＋T细胞的水平呈正相关。结论在慢性乙肝患者体内,HDL具有抑制HBV DNA复制的作用,HDL的抗病毒作用很可能是通过诱导T细胞分化为CD4＋CD25＋T细胞,并通过该细胞产生大量IL-10来达到其抗病毒的作用。

Analysis the correlation with level of HBV DNA and HDL in Chronic Hepatitis B infected patients

Objeetive To detect the level of HBV-DNA,HDL,IL-10and CD4＋CD25＋T cell in Chronic Hepatitis B infected patients and explore the relationship between level of HBV DNA with HDL and the Mechanism in it. Methods Serum was obtained respectively from 152 patients with HBV infection and level of HBV-DNA, HDL and IL-10 was detected respectively by RT-PCR,automatic biochemical analyzer and ELISA. The level of CD4＋ CD25＋ T cell was de- tected by Flow cytometry. Results HBV DNA levels showed negative correlation with the level Of HDL, IL-10 and CD4＋ CD25＋ T cell. The level of HDL showed positive correlation with the level of IL-10 and CD4＋ CD25＋ T cell. Con- clusion In the Chronic Hepatitis B infected patients,the level of HDL could inhibit the copy level of HBV DNA and the Antiviral effect of HDL might be accomplished by inducing the T cell to differentiation into CD4＋ CD25＋ T cell,which could produce lots of IL-10.
