西酞普兰与阿米替林治疗脑卒中后抑郁症的疗效观察

目的比较西酞普兰与阿米替林治疗脑卒中后抑郁的疗效。方法69例脑卒中后抑郁患者分两组,分别用西酞普兰和阿米替林治疗8周。采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、简易智能量表(MMSE)和副反应量表(TESS)于治疗前和治疗1、2、4、8周末分别评定疗效和不良反应。结果治疗后两组HAMD评分均有显著下降,其中西酞普兰治疗1周后HAMD评分下降更加明显;2周后西酞普兰组MMSE评分显著升高,4周后明显高于阿米替林组;治疗后西酞普兰组TESS分值明显低于阿米替林组。结论西酞普兰治疗脑卒中后抑郁疗效与阿米替林相比,起效较快,安全性高,不良反应轻微。

Comparative study of the effects of Citaloppam and Amitriptyline on post-stroke depression

Objective To compare the efficacy and security of Citalopram and Amitriptyline in the treatment of post-stroke depression.Methods 69 patients with post-stroke depression were randomly divided into two groups,which were received Citalopram or Amitriptyline for 8 weeks respectively.And the curative effect and side reaction were evaluated with Hamilton Depression Rating Scales(HAMD),Mini-Mental State Examination(MMSE) and Treatment Emergent Symptom Scale(TESS)respectively before and after the treatment in 1st,2nd,4th and 8th weekend.Results The scores of HAMD decreased markedly after the treatment than those before the treatment in two groups,the scores of HAMD of the Citalopram group decreased more markedly than those of the Amitriptyline group after the treatment in 1st weekend.The scores of MMSE of the Citalopram group increased significantly after the treatment in 2nd weekend and promoted significantly than those of the Amitriptyline group after the treatment in 4th weekend.The scores of TESS was less and slighter in Citalopram group than that in Amitriptyline group.Conclusion Comparing with Amitriptyline,The efficacy of Citalopram is safe,quickly onset and less side reaction in the treatment of the patients with post-stroke depressions.
