股骨干骨折内固定术后延迟愈合及骨不连原因分析

Analysis of the Reason why the Inside-strengthened Operation of Thigh Diaphysis Fracture Delays Healing up

From June, 1987 to June, 1995, We have operated inside-strengthened operation of thigh diaphysis fracture for 689 times,and 68 cases of them delay healing up,covering 9. 87 % of all. 14 cases of them separation,coverg 2.03% of all by analysing and probbing into the reason why they delay healing up,we come to the conclusion that , the quality of materials used in the operation is not good enough, movement of blood is destroyed, suitable pressure can't be controlled,the lack bone is not embedded and all this leads to the spearation between the inside-strengthened materials and the broken end and don't gain reduction. Bone atrophy,ostemalacia and foreign matter reaction and so on callsed by internal stress over-spreading effect after the operation are the major reason for the delay of being healed up. Besides,the way of doing exereises is not right,the internal stress concentrated steel plate and marrow pips become wided and broken because the patients walk too early,and all this also leads to the delay of being healed up. In ordor to prevent the delay from happening again,and to recover thein health as soon as possible,we should carefully choose the suitable materials for the inside-strengthened operation,firm the inside-strengthened,get rid of the lack of boneand direct the patients to do the right exercises.
