热毒宁注射液治疗儿童手足口病普通型伴发热随机对照临床观察

[:目的]观察热毒宁注射液对儿童手足口病普通型伴发热的疗效。[方法]选取患有手足口病伴发热的60例患儿,随机分为治疗组及对照组,每组30例,其中治疗组用热毒宁注射液进行治疗,对照组用利巴韦林针。治疗6d,观察两组临床的症状及体征改善的时间及退热、退疹的疗效。[结果]治疗组的退热时间、退疹及开始进食时间、咳嗽消退时间和治疗时间明显比对照组的要短,治疗组的退热有效率96.67%明显优于对照组的76.67%,治疗组的退疹有效率为100%,也明显优于对照组的93.33%,两组在治疗的过程中均未发生明显的不良反应。[结论]热毒宁注射液对治疗儿童手足口病普通型伴发热的疗效良好,退热及退疹的时间和咳嗽消失的时间快,值得在临床上推广应用。

Alternative Title Reduning Injection in the Treatment of Children with Hand Foot and Mouth Disease Common Febrile Randomized Controlled Clinical Study

[Objective]Observation of Reduning Injection on children with hand foot and mouth disease common type with thermal effect.[Methods]Selection with hand-foot-mouth disease complicated with fever in 60 patients,randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,30 cases in each group,the treatment group were treated by Reduning injection,and control group with ribavirin needle.Treatment of 6d observe two groups of clinical symptoms and signs of improvement time and antipyretic effect,retreats rash.[Results] The treatment group time to defervescence,retreat rash and began eating time,coughing subsided time and treatment time was significantly shorter than the control group,the treatment group the antipyretic efficiency 96.67% obviously surpasses the comparison group 76.67%,group retreats rash rate is 100%,also obviously surpasses the comparison group 93.33%,group two in the course of the treatment had no obvious adverse reaction.[Conclusion]Of Reduning Injection on the treatment of children with hand foot and mouth disease has good curative effect in common with fever,fever and rash cough disappeared back time and time fast,worthy of clinical application.
