甲哌卡因在拔除下颌阻生齿中的临床效能评价

目的比较甲哌卡因阻滞麻醉和利多卡因阻滞麻醉在下颌阻生齿拔除术中的疗效。方法将306例需拔除下颌阻生齿患者分为两组,实验组(146例)进行甲哌卡因阻滞麻醉,对照组(160例)进行2%利多卡因阻滞麻醉。比较二组的麻醉显效时间、麻醉持续时间和麻醉效果。结果实验组和对照组的ETP分别是(1.25±0.29)min、(4.47±1.17)min,经统计学分析有明显显著性差异(P<0.01);实验组和对照组的AD分别是(137.60±20.86)min、(84.96±13.26)min,经统计学分析有显著性差异(P<0.01)。甲哌卡因麻醉效果明显优于利多卡因(P<0.01)。结论甲哌卡因操作简单,显效时间快维持时间长且副作用小,在下颌阻生牙拔除中可以取代2%利多卡因。

Clinical Evaluation of Mepivacaine in Extraction of Mandibular Impacted Tooth

Objective To compare the efficacy of blocking anesthesia with mepivacaine and lidocaine for extraction of mandibular impacted tooth. Methods 306 outpatients were divided into experimental group (146 cases, blocking anesthesia with mepivacaine) and control group (160 cases, blocking anesthesia with lidocaine). The effective time point (ETP), analgesia duration (AD) and anesthesia efficacy (AE) were recorded. Results The ETP in the experimental group was (1.25 ± 0.29) min, obviously earlier than that of control group (P <0.01). The AD in the experimental group was (137.60 ± 20.86) min, obviously higher than (84.96 ± 13.26) min in the control group (P <0.01). The effect of mepivacaine blocking was significantly better than that of lidocaine blocking (P <0.01). Conclusions The block anesthesia with mepivacaine is an easier, reliable and quick-acting method, which can replace 2% lidocaine blocking during extraction of mandibular impacted tooth.
