HPLC法测定天柏金黄散中欧前胡素的含量

目的建立测定天柏金黄散中白芷有效成分欧前胡素含量的方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为ThermoODS Hypersil（250×4.6mm 5μm）,流动相为甲醇-水（60 40）,检测波长为300nm,流速为1.0ml.min-1。结果欧前胡素的检测浓度在4.03-400.3μg.ml-1范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好线性关系（r=0.9999）;平均回收率为100.06%,RSD=0.79%（n=9）。结论本方法简单、准确、重复性好,可用于天柏金黄散的质量控制。

To determine imperatorin in Tianbojinhuang Powder by HPLC

Objective To determine imperatorin as the active ingredient of Angelica dahuricae in Tianbojinhuang Powder by HPLC.Method The separation was performed on Thermo ODS Hypersil(250×4.6mm 5μm) column with detection wavelength of 300nm.The mobile phase consisted of methanol-water(60 40) with flow rate of 1.0ml.min-1.Result The linear range of imperatirin were 4.03-400.3μg.ml-1(r=0.9999).The average recovery was 100.06%(RSD =0.79%,n=9).Conclusion The method is simple,accurate and reproducible for quality control of Tianbojinhuang Powder.
