氯诺昔康超前镇痛用于腹腔镜胆囊切除的临床观察

目的探讨非甾体类抗炎镇痛药氯诺昔康超前镇痛对腹腔镜胆囊切除术的镇痛效果。方法 60例腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者被纳入研究,按入院先后顺序随机均分为观察组及对照组各30例。观察组气管插管前20min静脉预先注射氯诺昔康16mg;对照组气管插管前20min静脉注射生理盐水2ml。观察患者术后30min,1、2、4、6、8、12h各时点的疼痛视觉模拟评分（VSA）,镇痛治疗的总体满意度及术后不良反应情况。结果观察组VSA评分维持较低水平,4、6、8、12h的VSA评分明显低于对照组,观察组患者的总体满意度也显著高于对照组（P〈0.05）,未见明显不良反应。结论氯诺昔康超前镇痛对腹腔镜胆囊切除术的术后镇痛效果确切,无明显不良反应,有推广应用价值。

Efficacy of lornoxicam for preemptive analgesia after laparoscopic cholecystectomy

Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of preemptive analgesia with non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug lornoxicam for laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods 60 cases of laparoscopic cholecystectomy,according to the order of admission were randomly divided into observation and the control groups(n = 30).Endotracheal intubation 20min,intravenous,pre-observation group were injected lornoxicam 16mg,the control group was injected with normal saline 2ml.Two groups were compared after 30min,1,2,4,6,8,12 h each time point pain visual analog scale(VSA),overall satisfaction with pain treatment and postoperative adverse events.Results The VSA score of the observation group to maintain a low level,and 4,6,8,12 h of the VSA score was significantly lower than that of the control group,overall satisfaction was significantly higher(P<0.05),no significant adverse reactions.Conclusion Lornoxicam preemptive analgesia on laparoscopic cholecystectomy has exact analgesic effects.
