| 摘 要： | 目的总结先天性后鼻孔闭锁的CT诊断要点。方法对7例先天性后鼻孔闭锁的患儿行螺旋CT容积采集成像及MPR重组，回顾性分析其影像学特征。结果7例共18侧，双侧后鼻孔闭锁4例（8侧），单侧后鼻孔闭锁3例，均为右侧；其中混合性闭锁8侧，膜性闭锁2侧，骨性闭锁1侧。结论CT能够清晰显示先天性后鼻孔闭锁组织、后鼻孔的狭窄程度及毗邻器官的受累情况，为临床治疗方法的选择提供重要依据。

| Abstract: | Objective To summarize the CT diagnostic main points of congenital choanal atresia. Methods The imaging character- istics of 7 cases of children with congenital choanal atresia underwent spiral CT volume acquisition and multiplanar reconstruction （MPR） were analyzed retrospectively. Results Of the 7 cases of congenital choanal atresia with a total of 18 sides, 4 were bilateral （8 sides） and 3 unilateral, all right, and there were 8 mixed atresia, 2 membrane atresia and 1 bony atresia. Conclusion CT can display clearly the tissue of congenital choanal atresia, the narrow degree of posterior nares and involvement of the periphery tis- sues, which provides an important basis for the choice of clinical therapy. |
