彩色多普勒超声在滋养细胞肿瘤中的初步应用

采用彩色多普勒超声对２０例正常人和２６例滋养细胞肿瘤患者子宫肌层血流情况进行观察，滋养细胞肿瘤患者中良性组（良性葡萄胎）１１例，恶性组１５例（侵蚀性葡萄胎８例，绒癌７例）。结果发现：正常人和良性组患者子宫肌层内未见血流显示；恶性组１５例中１３例（占８７％）可见子宫肌层内呈灶状分布的五彩样血流丰富区存在。据此认为：利用彩色多普勒超声对滋养细胞肿瘤的良恶性鉴别有一定参考价值。

STUDY ON COLOR DOPPLER FLOW IMAGING IN TROPHOBLASTIC NEOPLASMS

The myometrial blood flow was detected by color Doppler flow imag-ing(CDFI)in 20 normal subjects and 26 patients with trophoblastic neoplasms. The patientswere divided into two groups:benign group including 11 patients with hydatidiform mole andmalignant group including.8 patients with invasive mole and 7 patients with choriocarcinoma.The result shows:the blood flow within the myometrial lesions can be shown in 13 of 15 pa-tients in the malignant group and that can′t be detected in normal subjects and benigngroup.Thus,CDFI is helpful to differentiate the type of trophoblastic neoplasms.
