多种方法治疗输卵管妊娠176例分析

目的 探讨输卵管妊娠的最佳治疗方法。方法 回顾分析176例输卵管妊娠患者不同治疗方法的临床效果。结果 开腹及腹腔镜手术成功率100％，药物保守治疗中MTX组成功率82．6％（19／23），米非司酮组成功率84．6％（11／13），期待疗法成功率100％。结论 严格掌握各种治疗方法的适应证及禁忌证，选择合适的治疗方法会取得良好的临床效果。

Multi-treatment for tubal pregnancy

[Objective] To evaluate the best treatment of tubal pregnancy. [Methods] From January 2002 to December 2004. There were 176 cases of tubal pregnancy treated in my hospital. In order to know the clinical results of different treatment retrospective analysis was carried on. [Results] The success rate of laparoscopy is 100%. Among medical conservative therapy, the success rate of MTX Group is 82.6%(19/23); mifepristone is 84.6%(11/13); expective therapy is 100%. [Conclusions] To select the indications and contraindication strickly and to choose appropriate treatment can result in good outcome.
