860例男性生殖健康状况和需求调查

目的为了解男性生殖健康状况和服务需求,探讨男性生殖健康最佳咨询和服务模式。方法从增城市随机抽取城区、乡镇、农村共860名成年男性进行问卷调查。结果成年男性普遍缺乏生殖健康知识和必备的保健意识,存在不同的生殖健康问题,希望获得更多的生殖健康知识和有效的咨询服务。结论通过多途径大力宣传生殖健康保健知识,发挥计生服务网络和妇幼保健网络优势,为不同年龄段男性提供满意安全的生殖健康咨询服务。

The Investigation of Status and Demand of Reproductive Health in 860 Male

OBJECTIVE To understand the status and service demands of male reproductive health and to probe into the best mode of consults and service of male reproductive health. METHODS Using random sampling method, the 860 adult men in city, town and countryside of Zengcheng City were selected. They were investigated by questionnaires and the data were analyzed statistically. RESULT Most of adult men who were investigated lacked generally the reproductive health knowledge and necessary health care consciousness. There are various reproductive health problems. The men in questionnaires hoped to gain more reproductive health knowledge and more valid counseling service. CONCLUSION We shall intensively publicize reproductive health knowledge by various ways and bring into full play the network superiority of Family Planning Service and Maternity and Child Health Care so as to provide satisfactory and safe reproductive health counseling service for different age male.
