| 摘 要： | 目的：通过研究ＰａＥＴＣＯ２的变化和ＰＥＴＣＯ２与ＰａＣＯ２的相关性来评价单肺通气（ＯＬＶ）时监测ＰＥＴＣＯ２的价值。方法：选择３０例开胸手术的患者，分别于双肺通气（ＴＬＶ）２０ｍｉｎ、ＯＬＶ５ｍｉｎ，１５ｍｉｎ，３０ｍｉｎ，６０ｍｉｎ测ＰＥＴＣＯ２与ＰａＣＯ２的价值，计算ＰａＥＴＣＯ２，进行统计学处理。结果：ＯＬＶ时不同时段的ＰＥＴＣＯ２比ＴＬＶ时增大（Ｐ〈０．０５），ＰＥＴＣＯ２与ＰａＣＯ２相

| Abstract: | Objective:to study the value of monitoring P ET CO 2 by investigated variation of Pa ET CO 2 and correlation of Pa ET CO 2 and PaCO 2 during Onelung ventilationMethods:thirty patients undergoing elective openthoracic operation were chosenMeasured the value of P ET CO 2 and PaCO 2 20 min following TLV and 5 min,15 min,30 min,60 min following OLV and Pa ET CO 2 was calculatedResults:values of Pa ET CO 2 at different time during OLV were significantly different from at 20 min during TLV (P<005)There was correlation between Pa ET CO 2 and PaCO 2 during OLV (r=0419 2,P=0006),But the correlation lower than that in TLV (r=0702 0,P=0003)Conclusion:It was available to estimate PaCO 2 by monitoring P ET CO 2 during OLVBut reliability is lower than that during TLVThus, it is necessary to measure PaCO 2 to correct P ET CO 2at intervals |
