| 摘 要： | 洲岛型日本血吸虫病重疫区,连续三年采用选择性人群化疗控制措施。以改良Kato法考核其防治效果,并用IHA检测抗体水平,结果表明:洲岛型疫区单纯选择性人群化疗难以阻挡血吸虫病传播,但可以降低流行率。

| Abstract: | Single selective mass chemotherapy-measure has been carried out for three years in Jishan community, a hyper-endemic area of schistosomiasis classified as islet-circle marsh subtype, and the effectiveness was assessed by Kato-Katz method and IHA. The results showed that single selective mass chemotherapy measure could only reduce the intensity of the prevalence of the disease. |
