淋球菌疫苗研究现状

摘    要:淋病奈瑟菌是性传播疾病淋病致病菌,人们对淋球菌全细胞疫苗、亚单位疫苗、基因工程疫苗等进行了深入的研究,以便筛选出高效的疫苗靶位应用于淋病的预防和控制。在亚单位疫苗研究中发现,由于淋球菌菌毛、外膜蛋白Opa变异性高而难以用于制备疫苗;外膜蛋白Porin是目前认为最有可能成功制备淋球菌疫苗的候选靶位;表面脂多糖、转铁蛋白受体是有希望的新的候选靶位。基因工程疫苗的研究表明重组疫苗和DNA疫苗等新型疫苗具有较好的应用前景。

Abstract:Neisseria gonorrhoeae is the pathogenic bacterium of gonorrhea.Gonorrhea vaccines, such as whole cell vaccine,subunit vaccine and genetically engineering vaccine have been intensively inves- tigated to screen the high efficient target site of vaccine for gonorrhea prophylaxis.According to the reseach- es of subunit vaccine,the Pilin and outer membrane protein Opa are not suitable for vaccine development because of a high degree of variation,while Porin is the best candidate and superficial lipopolysaccharide as well as transferrin receptor are new promising candidates.The research in genetically engineering vaccine shows that the recombinant and DNA vaccines have a better practical perspective.
