摘    要:目的 研究中脑网状结核损伤对意识和生命体征的影响以及它们之间的了解中脑损伤后意识障碍及其恢复机制。方法:定向电解的方法造成没和蔼的中脑网状结构损伤,观察猫意识及生命体征的变化并对照病理改变,了解中脑损伤与意识障碍及本征变化的关系,及其恢复的可能性。结果 中脑风状结构损伤造成猫意识障碍及生命体征的明显变化,两者间有一致性,同步性发作和且与中脑损伤程度密切相关。结论 中脑网状结构损伤可致意识障碍及生命

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effects of midbrain reticular formation injury on the conscious status and vital signs of cats,and reveal the mechanism of unconsciousness caused by midbrain injury .Methods Three kinds of different severe damage (slight, moderate and severe) in MRF were made by means of stereotaxical electrolytic lesions .Conscious status and vital signs of cats were observed ,investigated in comparison with histopathological findings in order to know the correlation between the changes of conscious status and vital signs ,as well as the possibility of consciousness recovery .Results The electrolytic injury of MRF can cause significant and specific changes of conscious status and vital signs. These changes are in unison and synchronized and closely related to the severity of MRF injury Conclusions Significant and specific changes of vital signs and unconsciousness can be caused by MRF injury, which are positively related to the severity of injury of MRF. These changes are recoverable in most cases even with severe damage in MRF. [
