增强自我效能干预对女性首发精神分裂症患者服药依从性的影响

目的探讨增强自我效能干预对女性首发精神分裂症患者服药依从性的影响。方法将124例女性首发精神分裂症患者随机分为观察组及对照组各62例,对照组给予维思通治疗,观察组在治疗组的基础上给予增强自我效能干预,分别于入院和出院时进行简明精神病量表(BPRS)及服药依从性评定分析。结果入院和出院时BPRS评分两组间差别均无显著性意义(P>0.05);入院时服药依从性两组间比较差别无显著性意义(P>0.05),但出院时观察组服药依从性改善明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论增强自我效能干预可提高女性首发精神分裂症患者服药依从性。

Effect of self-efficacy on drug therapy compliance in female first-episode schizophrenic patients

Objective To investigate the effect of the self-efficacy on drug therapy compliance in female patients with first-episode schizophrenic.Methods One hundred and twenty-four female patients with first-episode schizophrenic were randomly assigned into two groups :risperidone therapy group(n=62) and self-efficacy combined with risperidone therapy group(n=62).The Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale(BPRS) and drug therapy compliance were used to assess the patients in the two groups when they were admitted in and discharged from hospital.Results The scores of BPRS in two groups didn′t show significant difference(P>0.05).The compliance of drug therapy in the combined therapy group was significantly better that in the risperidone therapy group(P<0.05).Conclusion The self-efficacy is beneficial for female first-episode schizophrenic patients.
