综合医院护理人员化疗职业防护条件调查分析

目的了解综合医院临床护理人员化疗药物职业防护基本条件的提供情况,为提高护理人员职业防护水平提供依据。方法用自制的调查量表分别调查综合医院中8家一级医院、10家二级医院和6家三级医院化疗药物的配药环境、防护用具的提供、化疗药物的存放条件和化疗药物防护指引的制定情况。结果92.5%的科室在普通治疗室进行化疗药物配制,通风和排风设备不足,防护用具以使用一次性的口罩和帽子为主,只有29.3%的科室提供双层手套,较少提供防水隔离衣和护目镜,87.9%的科室化疗药物与其他药物共用药柜或药物冰箱,化疗药物防护指引的制定也较欠缺。三级医院化疗防护条件评分除药物存放条件与一、二级医院接近外,其他防护条件评分有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论综合医院护理人员的化疗职业防护基础条件存在不足,应引起足够的重视并予以改进。

Survey of Status of Nurses in Chemotherapy Occupational Protection in General Hospitals

Objective To find out the basic occupational protection conditions for the nurses in performing chemotherapy in the general hospitals so as to provide evidences to boost the nursing occupational safety.Methods Eight first class general hospitals,10 second class general hospitals and 6 third class general hospitals were surveyed with the home-made questionnaires about their anti-tumor medicine preparing conditions,protecting appliances,medicine depository conditions and the providing of the safety guides.Results 92.5% units used the general rooms to prepare anti-tumor medicines and ventilation equipments were insufficiency.The respirators and caps for once use were the primary protecting appliances.Only 29.3% departments provided double gloves,few supplied close-off clothes and blinkers.Anti-tumor medicine chest or refrigeratories were shared with other medicines in 87.9% units,and the safeguards were shortages.The condition grades in the third class hospitals were higher than the first and the second ones except for the medicine storage conditions.The differences had statistical significance(P<0.0l).Conclusion The basic occupational protection conditions for the nurses in performing chemotherapy in the general hospitals are insufficiency,and they should be more recognized and improved.
