| 摘 要： | 本文报道一组临床表现发生变异的急性白血病。其特点为临床症状轻,病情发展相对缓慢,发病年龄偏高,白血病细胞浸润不明显,肝脾一般不肿大,外周血三系细胞减少,未见或仅见少量幼稚细胞的非典型急性白血病。并对其发病、临床表现及治疗转归进行了讨论。

| Abstract: | This report dealt with the clinical manifestations of some variable acute leukemia, Their specialities showed that the clinical symptom was slight and the disease advanced relatively slowly, and the pathogenetivc age was little older, The cells of leukemia infiltrated unmarkedly, The spleen and hepar were generally not enlarged, The cells of three systems in peripheral blood were reduced, There were less juvenile cells that could be seen, We also discussed the pathogenetic cause, the clinical manifestations and the prognosis of treatment in the report |
