磁共振波谱分析与外伤性脑损伤研究

摘    要:磁共振波谱分析是目前唯一的一种活体组织代谢物质无创检测技术,能够即时、动态、客观的反映活体脑组织神经生化代谢情况,为我们进行脑损伤后脑代谢变化研究提供了一种新的手段。本文对磁共振波谱分析原理及在外伤性脑损伤中的应用研究作一简要介绍。

Abstract:Magnetic resonance spectroscopy (MRS) is only one non-invasive technology for in vivo monitoring tissue metabolism, which can reflect instantly, dynamicly and objectively the changes of nervous biochemical metabolism in the brain. MRS provides us a new method for the research about metabolite changes in the brain after traumatic brain injury. The author introduces MRS and its application research on the traumatic brain injury.
