| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨在临床输血中的应用。方法 采用微柱凝集技术对临床送检标本进行检测，并与传统的抗球蛋白试管检测法进行比较。结果 微柱凝集技术与传统的抗球蛋白试管检测法无差异。结论 微柱凝集技术能完全替代传统的抗球蛋白试管检测法进行的临床输血的相关检测，其影响因素少，方法准确、可靠，适用于各级临床医院开展。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the application of microcolumn technolique on clinical transfusion. Methods clinical Samples were detected by two methods, microcolumn technique and traditional tube agglutination test and the results were compared. Results No difference was found between microcolumn technique and traditional tube agglutination test. Conclusion With easily and fast opemting, microcolumn technique can be widely applied on clinical transfilsion, taking the place of conventional tube test in hospital. |
