芪丹颗粒提取最佳工艺的研究

摘    要:目的确定芪丹颗粒提取的工艺条件。方法以黄芪甲苷得率与浸膏得率为指标,采用正交试验法考察浸泡时间、加水量、回流时间,对提取效果的影响。结果浸泡1.5h,加水8、6.6倍量,时间分别为2.0、1.5、1.5h,可使药材中黄芪甲苷得率与浸膏得率最高。结论以芪丹颗粒提取工艺确定最佳提取方案

Abstract:Objective To determine the extraction requirements of Qidan Granules. Methods Taked extracting ratio and the content of Astragaloside IV as index, and the orthogonal test was adopted to observe the influences of soak period, decoction-extraction durations and the amount of water added on the .effects of extraction. Results. When soaked 1.5 h,with 8,6,6 times of water added The time were 2. 0 h,1.5 h andl. 5 h. traering ratio and the content of Astragaloside IV were highest from the Chinese medicinal material. Conclusion The best plan of extraction technology was determined for Qidan Granules.
