莫沙必利对慢性胃炎患者餐后近端胃容受性舒张的作用及临床意义

目的:探讨莫沙必利对慢性胃炎患者餐后近端胃容受性舒张的作用。方法:慢性胃炎患者空腹8小时,给予标准餐后,15～30分钟和60～75分钟,进行核磁共振成像(MRI)检查,影像学重建计算出近端胃体积,观察容受性变化。然后服用莫沙必利5mg、每日3次,连续30天,空腹、试餐后进行MRI复查,观察症状积分和胃体积重建。结果:莫沙必利治疗后近端胃体积较治疗前显著增大,近端胃体积比率显著增大.慢性胃炎患者近端胃的体积变化与消化不良症状积分缓解之间呈显著负相关关系。结论:莫沙必利有改善慢性胃炎患者近端胃容受性舒张的作用。

The role of mosapride on the proximal gastric receptive relaxation in patients with chronic gastritis after meal and its clinical significance

Objective:To study the role of mosapride on the proximal gastric receptive relaxation in patients with chronic gastritis after meal.Methods:The patients with chronic gastritis were given with the standard meal after 8 hours of empty stomach,15~30 minutes and 60~75 minutes later,the nuclear magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) was used to reconstruct the phantom,calulate the proximal gastric volume and observe the change of receptivity.Then the patients were given with mosapride 5 mg three times a day for 30 days.After empty stomach and test meal,the reexamination of MRI was performed to observe the symptom integral and stomach volume reconstruction.Results:Proximal gastric volume and its ratio increased obviously after the treatment of mosapride.A negative correlation was found between the change of proximal gastric volume and integral alleviation of dyspepsia symptom in patients with chronic gastritis.Conclusion:Mosapride has the role of improving the proximal gastric receptivity relaxation in patients with chronic gastritis.
