摘    要:前列腺癌治疗后临床多采用前列腺特异抗原水平进行评价,但其受多种因素影响。目前肿瘤的评价主要以肿瘤体积的改变为评价指标,但滞后于肿瘤微循环改变及肿瘤细胞坏死等功能性改变。如何在前列腺癌治疗后早期准确评估其治疗疗效并早期发现肿瘤残存或复发是非常重要的。动态增强MRI、扩散加权成像、体素内不相干运动成像、磁共振波谱等多种功能MRI技术已在前列腺癌早期诊断中发挥重要的作用。就多种功能MRI技术应用于前列腺癌治疗后评估及随访的价值进行综述。

Abstract:In clinical practice, post-treatment evaluation of prostate cancer (PCa) mainly depends on the serum level of prostate-specific antigen (PSA), but it is influenced by many factors. Currently, the main evaluation index of tumor is the change of tumor volume which lags behind the functional changes, such as tumor cell necrosis and vascular atresia. The evaluation of therapy effect accurately and detection the residual tumor and recurrence in the early stage are very important. A variety of functional MRI techniques, including dynamic contrast enhanced MRI (DCE-MRI), diffusion weighted imaging (DWI), intravoxel incoherent motion (IVIM), magnetic resonance spectroscopy (MRS), have played important roles in the early diagnosis of PCa. We reviewed the application of multiple functional MRI in the post-treatment evaluation and follow-up of PCa.
