| 摘 要： | 目的 观察黄蜀葵花活性成分——金丝桃苷对大鼠和小鼠肠管、子宫、胆囊的影响,探讨其解痉作用。 方法 体外实验采用大鼠离体回肠、子宫标本;体内实验用小鼠胆囊排空、胃肠推动运动方法。结果 金丝桃苷 有对抗垂体后叶激素收缩子宫的作用和拮抗乙酰胆碱对肠肌的兴奋作用;对卵黄引起的胆囊排空及胃肠推动运动 有抑制作用。结论 金丝桃苷具有解痉作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the influence of the active composition of Abelmoschus Manihot-hyperin on intestines, uterus and gallbladder of rats and mouse, probe into its antispasm effect. Method Experiment in vitro adopts extracorporeal ileum and uterus of rats. Experiment in vivo adopts gallbladder evacuation and intestines promotion of mouse. Result Hyperin has the antagonistic function of uterus contraction by posterior pituitary hermones and intestines excitation by acetylcholine, and inhibition to gallbladder evacution and intestines promotion caused by yolk. Concluxion Hyperin has antispasm effect. |
