手术治疗胫腓骨远端骨折36例

目的 :探讨胫腓骨远端骨折治疗术式的选择、术中术后应注意的问题及其疗效。方法 :对不同类型的胫腓骨远端骨折 36例进行 8～ 18个月的随访 ,并结合临床及影像学资料 ,对其诊断、手术方法及治疗效果进行分析总结。结果 :本组术后 2 5～ 3 5个月骨折均愈合。踝关节功能优良率 77 7%。结论 :熟悉骨折的分型及相应内固定术式的选择 ;注重踝穴骨折的解剖复位及固定和踝关节的功能位固定及早期功能锻炼。

Treatment of 36 Cases with Fracture of Distal Tibia and Fibula

Objective:To evaluate the results of distal tibial and fibular fractures treated with different surgical methods.Methods:Thirty-six cases distal tibial and fibular fractures were followed.The period of follow-up ranged from 8 to 18 months.The diagnosis of each case based on clinical and roentgenographic data was reviewed and the results of different procedures were analyzed.Results:All the fractures were healed in 2.5 to 3.5 months after operation.According to Bourne criterion,the results of 28 cases(77.7%) were considered to be excellent and good.Conclusion:The surgeon should be familiar with the choice of proper procedure depending on the type of fractures.The mortise of the ankle should be restored to achieve stability of the ankle joint.The ankle should be fixed in functional position after operation and rehabilitation should be started as early as possible.
