心血康治疗女性美尼尔氏病的疗效观察

目的 观察、比较静滴心血康联合常规药物与单用常规药物治疗女性美尼尔氏病前后患者临床症状的变化,以探讨心血康对该病的治疗作用.方法 80例美尼尔氏病按就诊登记顺序,随机单盲分为两组,A组40例静滴心血康 常规药物,B组40例只给予常规药物,观察两组治疗前、后临床症状的变化,疗效比较用秩和检验,P＜0.05表示差异有显著性统计学意义.结果 A组治疗后第1、2、3天显效率分别为37.5%、32.5%、30%,治疗3天后总显效率为100%,B组为17.5%、20%、32.5%,总显效率70%,比较两组治疗后第1、2天显效率及治疗3天后之总显效率,A组显著高于B组(P＜0.01).治疗7天后,A组缓解率为75%,B组35%,A组缓解率明显高于B组(P＜0.01).未见任何药物不良反应.随访12个月,A组无1例复发,B组4例复发.结论 静滴心血康治疗美尼尔氏病显效快,眩晕完全缓解率高,无任何药物副作用,很值得临床应用.

A clinical observation of therapeutic effect of Xinxuekang for female's Meniere's disease

Objective To observe and compare changes in clinical symptoms of patients with Meniere's disease after treatment of Xinxuekang combined with general routine treatment and general routine treatment alone so as to evaluate therapeutic effect of Xinxuekang combined with general routine treatment for female's Meniere's disease.Methods 80 women with Meniere's disease were randomly divided(according to their visit order) in mono-blind method into group A(intravenous drip of Xinxuekang combined with general routine treatment,n=40) and group B(general routine treatment alone,n=40).The changes in their clinical index at different times before and after treatment were observed and clinical therapeutic effect was evaluated(using rank test).P<0.05 was regarded to have significant difference.Results The effectual rates for vertigo were 37.5%,32.5% and 30% respectively in group A at 1st,2nd and 3rd day after treatment,while those in group B were 17.5%,20% and 32.5%.The total effective rate for vertigo was 100% in group A after the 3days treatment,while that in group B was 70%(P<0.01).In group A,the effectual rate at 1st,2nd and 3rd day after treatment and total effective rate at 3-days treatment were higher than those in group B(P<0.01).The remission rate for vertigo was 75% in group A after 7-days treatment,while that in group B was 35%,and that in group A was significantly higher than in group B(P<0.01).No adverse effects were found in group A and no patients recurred.While 4 patients recurred in group B at follow-up after 12 months.Conclusion Intravenous drip of Xinxuekang is effective for female's Meniere's disease with higher remission rate for vertigo and without any adverse effects,so it is valuable to be used in the clinic.
