我院住院患者抗高血压药用药分析

目的：分析我院抗高血压药的应用情况,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法：采用金额排序法和频度分析法,利用Excel软件对应用品种、销售金额、用药频度等指标进行统计分析。结果：我院住院患者使用抗高血压药金额居前3位品种依次是钙通道拮抗剂（CCB）、血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂（ACEI）、血管紧张素Ⅱ受体拮抗剂（ARB）,用药频度居前3位的药物是硝苯地平缓释片、卡托普利片、马来酸依那普利片,用药方式以单一用药、二联用药为主。结论：我院住院患者联合用药比较普遍,抗高血压药应用基本合理。

Utilization of Antihypertensive Drugs in the Inpatients of Our Hospital

OBJECTIVE：To evaluate the clinical utilization of antihypertensive drugs in our hospital and so as to provide references for clinical rational use of antihypertensive drugs. METHODS： The varieties,consumption sum and DDDs etc of antihypertensive drugs used in our hospital were analyzed statistically with the use of Excel software by consumption sum ranking method and DDDs analytic method. RESULTS： Calcium channel blockers （CCB）,Angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors （ACEI） and angiotensin Ⅱ receptor antagonist dominated the first 3 places on the consumption list while Nifedipine Sustained-release Tablets,Captopril tablets and Enalapril Maleate tablets leading the first 3 places on the DDDs list of all the antihypertensive drugs used in the inpatients of our hospital. The drugs were chiefly used alone or in combination of two kinds. CONCLUSION： It is common for drugs used in combination in the inpatients in our hospital,and the utilization of antihypertensive drugs in our hospital is basically rational.
