危重病应激性胃溃疡的防治

目的 :研究应用洛赛克针剂 (进口 )、奥美拉唑针剂 (国产 )和硫糖铝片防治危重症患者应激性溃疡的效果。方法 :15 6例患者分为 3组 :第 1组 (n =34)应用洛赛克针剂 (进口 ) 4 0mg ,2次 /d ,静脉点滴 ,3d天后改为洛赛克胶囊 10mg ,1次 /d ,连服 10d。第 2组 (n =6 4 )应用注射用奥美拉唑 (国产 ) 4 0mg ,2次 /d点滴 ,连续 14d。第 3组 (n =5 8)应用硫糖铝 0 .75 g ,3次 /d ,鼻饲 ,连续 14d。结果 :经统计学处理 ,3组治疗总有效率 80 .1% ,但 3组之间疗效有显著差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :本组危重病应激性溃疡的总发生率 19.9% ,应用洛赛克针剂 (进口 )治疗效果较好。

Prevention and treatment of stress ulcer in critical case

Objective: To investigate the prevention and treatment of stress ulcer (SU) in critical case, with losec, omepraole, and calmidan. Methods: 156 patients were divided into three groups: the losec group (n=34) treated with venoclysis, twice a day, with a dosage of 40 mg, and after three days, Losec oral capsules were used instead, 10 mg a day, for a succession of 10 days. The omepraole group (n=64) treated with venoclysis, twice a day, with a dosage of 40 mg, for 14 days in succession. The calmidan group (n=58) treated with calmidan tablets, 0.75 g, t.i.d. also for 14 days in succession. Results: Total effective rate was 80.1% when the 3 groups were treated statistically. Significant differences in the treatment effect could be seen between the 3 groups (P<0.05). Conclusion: Overall morbidity of stress ulcer was 19.9% for critically ill patients, who responded quite positively to losec.
