| 摘 要： | 用经颅超声多普勒（ＴＣＤ）对７０例非典型眩晕病人进行了检查，有５１人（７２．８６％）出现椎－基底动脉系统（ＶＢＳ）血流速度异常，其中１９例为血流速度增高，２４例为血流速度减慢，８例患者血流速度既有增高表现又有降低表现。经直线回归分析，所测的基底动脉（ＢＡ）、椎动脉颅内段（ＶＡ）及小脑下后动脉（ＰＩＣＡ）平均血流速度均与年龄呈负相关。因此，ＴＣＤ可作为血管性眩晕临床诊断的一个非损伤性的客观指标，有较好的实用价值。

| Abstract: | Seventy patients with atypical vertigo were examined by Transeranial Doppler Ulttasougraphy.Fifty patientst(72.86%) had abnormality in bloodflow speed in the vertebrobasilar system.Among them.19 showed high speed and 24 low while 8 patients had either high or low speed in different vascular regions.By linear regression analysis the average speeds of the basilar artery,the infraeranical segment of the vertebral artery and the posteroinferior cerebellar artery have a negative correlation to age.Therefore TCD proves to be an objective injurless indicator for the clinical diagnosis of vascular vertigo and is of great practical value. |
