护理人力资源评聘分开与分层次管理的研究

摘    要:目的 护理专业技术职务分层次管理,评聘分开,激活护理队伍。方法 细化标准,分类分层设置,按需设岗、以岗择人;以岗定薪、聘约管理;公布岗位和任职条件;个人申报,科室推荐;资格准入,院科分别量化考核,公开公平竞争上岗;末位淘汰制与落聘转岗分流。结果 分层次设岗,赋予了护理队伍新的生机和活力;结论 通过竞聘,提升了护理人员的价值趋向,最大限度地挖掘护理人力资源,实现了全院护士从身份管理向岗位管理的转变。

Abstract:Objective To study the effect of the separation of headship evaluation and engagement,and level differential management on nursing professional,and to motivate nurses workers.Method Make standards in details,set positions in different level and kinds according to hospital's needs.Choose the right person for each position,set salary accordingly.Using contracts as a management way;popularize positions and standards. Apply personally or recommend by different departments.Choose qualified staff members,having evaluation system both in hospital level and department level.Make the competition for each work position fair and public.Have eliminating and changing position systems.Results(1) Set position in different level and kinds nursing group.Through contracts management promote nurses' attitudes.Conclusion Using nursing resources management to it's maximize realized the changes from identity nursing management to position management.
