萧县艾滋病抗病毒治疗的效果分析

目的 探讨艾滋病抗病毒治疗的效果,为进一步开展有效的抗病毒治疗工作提供依据.方法 选择2003年10月至2008年4月5年抗病毒治疗的病人,统计分析其治疗前后CD4+T淋巴细胞计数、体质量、临床症状体征以及生存状况指标的变化,以评价其治疗效果.结果 艾滋病病人经抗病毒治疗后,CD4+T淋巴细胞计数增加,治疗2～3年后与治疗前基线相比,平均增长150/mm3以上;病人治疗1年后,体质量增加明显,各种机会性感染症状体征发生率由治疗前的94.57%下降到7.61%;病人生存率提高,维持治疗3年和5年生存率分别达到82.46%和61.54%.结论 抗病毒治疗效果显著,艾滋病病人生存状况和生命质量得到明显改善,符合治疗条件的病人应及早进行规范的抗病毒治疗.

Analysis of the effect on anti-virus treatment of HIV/AIDS in Xiaoxian County

Objective To explore the efficacy of anti-virus treatment of HIV/AIDS patients and provide the scientific foundation for further and effective therapy.To explore the efficacy of anti-virus treatment of HIV/AIDS patients and provide the scientific basis for further and effective therapy.Methods Patients who had undergone anti-virus treatment for five years from October 2003 to April 2008 were selected,and changes of CD4+T lymphocyte counts,body weight,clinical symptoms and signs,and living state index were statistically analyzed after treatment.Results After anti-virus treatment for two to three years,the CD4+T lymphocyte counts were increased by 150/mm3 compared to the baseline before treatment;the body weight was markedly increased after one-year treatment;the incidence of various opportunistic infection which had symptoms and signs was decreased from 94.57% to 7.61% after one-year treatment;the survival rate of patients treated for three and five years was increased to 82.46% and 61.54% respectively.Conclusion Anti-virus treatment of HIV/AIDS patients has a marked efficacy.The living status and life quality of the patients are highly ameliorated.Therefore,timely and standardized anti-virus treatment should be implemented to the eligible patients.
