摘    要:目的探讨线粒体型天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(In—AST)在各类肝脏疾病中的变化规律及临床意义。方法测定108例不同肝病患者血清ITI—AST活性,观察其在发病期(入院时)与各治疗阶段的动态变化。结果肝病患者m—AST因病情不同而有不同程度的升高。急性肝炎组m—AST明显升高。其次是慢性肝炎和肝硬化组.肝癌组m—AST轻度升高。不同肝病患者经住院治疗2周后(第3周)随着肝功能的恢复,急性肝炎组m-AST明显下降,与入院时相比有显著性差异(P〈0.05)。慢性活动性肝炎组虽有下降.但与入院时相比无明显差异(P〉0.05)。肝硬化组和肝癌组治疗前后m-AST无明显变化。结论检测并动态观察肝脏疾病患者的m—AST活性.对于鉴别急、慢性肝炎、评价疗效及判断肝病预后有着重要的临床意义。

Abstract:Objective To explore the levels and clinical significance of serum mitochondria aspartate aminotransferase (m-AST) in patients with various kinds of liver diseases. Methods The levels of serum m-AST in patients with liver diseases were measured by using immunoinhibition assays and the levels in different disease stage were also analyzed. Results There was a significant increase of m-AST in acute hepatitis followed by chronic hepatitis and hepatitis cirrhosis, however, there was only light increase in hepatocarcinoma group. Two weeks treatment sharply decreased m-AST in acute hepatitis group (P 〈0.05) while in chronic hepatitis group, m-AST declined without statistic significance (P 〉0.05). There was no noted change in patients with liver cirrhosis or hepatocarcinoma after two weeks treatment. Conclusion m-AST is a useful marker for diagnosis, treatment assessing and prognosis judgment of various kinds of liver diseases.
