老年期重症肌无力患者临床分析

目的探讨老年期重症肌无力(MG)的临床特点。方法 MG患者336例,其中老年组(>60岁)67例,青壮年组(18～59岁)269例。对比分析老年MG患者的临床特点。结果老年期MG男性多见,眼外肌症状首发多见,分型以Ⅰ型和Ⅱa型多见,合并胸腺瘤多而合并其他自身免疫病者少,合并高血压病、糖尿病多见,危象发病率较低。结论老年期MG与青壮年期相比有其独特的临床特点,及时掌握其特点有助于临床诊疗。

Clinical analysis of myasthenia gravis in elderly patient

Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics of myasthenia gravis （MG） in elderly patients. Methods 336 cases patients with MG, among elderly group（ 〉 60 years old）67 cases, young group（ 18 ～ 59 years old） 269 cases. Comparatively analysed clinical characteristics of MG in elderly patients. Results There were more male patients in elderly MG group. Among initial symptoms, extraocular muscles symptom were more, type I and type Ⅱ a were more, there were more MG patients with thymoma, and less with other autoimmunity disease, there were more MG patients with hyperten- sion,diabetes,and occurrence rate of crisis in MG was lower. Conclusion The elderly MG patients has unique clinical fea- tures compared with young adult patients, matching its cilinieal characteristics might help diagnose and treat MG in clinic.
